Fixed Term Teacher Vacancy - Summer Term 2024 - closing date 28.02.24 @ 12:00

The Governors and staff of our large church school are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified or unqualified class teacher to work as part of our dynamic, forward thinking team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new direction for the school. This post will be in Year 4 initially.

The successful candidate will:

  • Have experience of teaching within the primary age range, in particular in KS2
  • Have a clear understanding of the curriculum and assessment for learning
  • Have high expectations for our children’s progress and overall achievement
  • Take an imaginative and creative approach to curriculum planning that captures the children’s interest
  • Be forward thinking, innovative and highly energetic
  • Have a passion for quality teaching and learning, enabling the best outcomes for our children
  • Be able to work well as part of our whole school team and school community
  • Support our Christian ethos as a church school
